Of Life In General

Greetings one and all...or is it all and one? Anyhoo, the greeting is not the point, the point is that I'm updating this blog thing. I admitt that I have been somewhat remiss in my abstinence, however, one should have an excuse in such circs and such is the case. I've been, well, busy. Yes, busy and what's-it, time fully engaged elswhere to be clear. No, not engaged elsewhere, but engaged elsewhere. If there's a shortfall with the English language it's the way it can miscontrued and misinterpreted at at any bloke's whim. Yes...now where was I? Ah, excuses.

I'm quite a decent excuser, if excuser is the word I want, and more than capable of expunging myself from almost (see Tiffany for details) any situation. The case in point is my issue of not entering the daily letters or grouping thereof. My life since a fortnight ago has been rather disheveled, quite like hair, if you follow my meaning, in that my summer internship was jumpstarted. To ellucidate you fully, I volunteered at President Bush's speech in West Point, VA, last Monday and was to a small degree involved with preparations for said speech from the Friday previous till the day of the speech itself. All the while I've been in the middle of completing a course of study, working on reapplication to PHC, trying to find a job, and working at the internship (a moderate commute of 50 odd miles). So, as you've no doubt gathered, I've been in the sauce to some extent or other.

Such being the posish, I dropped the journal bit for a time to try--through the means of restoratives know only to myself--and rest up. Realization that this was not to be accomplished in this lifetime, I've determined to enter a few words here and there as the fancy takes me. Also, when my lack of corrospondence becomes a topic of comment on the street, well then, there is but one thing to do--prove groundless the claims of those who peruse my work at random by typing a tad on the keys.

Having done what I set out to do, I now press on. For those of you wishing to comment, I'll not keep you from doing so, but will request the normal procedure be followed.
