Title request...

Greetings best beloved [readers], I'm thinking of rendering another atempt at eloquentry in sonnet form and would be interested in y'all's ideas for a title. Simple as that. Nothing more to add, etc. Let me know, and all that, as it were. Tootlepip 'n ta-ta.

I'll do that and as most quizzes go, that one was interesting. I'm just glad I got Goofy instead of my runner-up, Sleeping Beauty...that would have been an interesting alter ego to explain...;-)

It's a little difficult to give suggestions for sonnet titles without knowing what the content of said sonnet might be. But here are a few that struck my fancy:

An Ode to Rabbits

Once Upon a Sleeping Dwarf

Frankincense and Cinnamon

Like Nobody Else Has Written About Love

Firinteinne is Mr. Kanary, of RA fame.

I think you should name it:

What Wodehouse Didn't Say

Not Reducable to A Scrapbook

All in the Phone Book

The Sign of the Frisbee

Coffeepots and Sunbeams

All I know is that you can now feel free to use my intermediate template as yours... :-P Kelly came up with a new one that's very "me," so our mutual readers so longer have to be bored with two "scribe" style blogs ;)

LOL--as you can see, I've become very "me" as well. Scribe was a good interim template, but Kelly's adaptation is mucher better.

To all you titleists out there--much thanks. Hopefully I'll be working on a sonnet (of sorts--I can't begin to call myself a poet by any stretch of my own or anyone else's imagination) this coming weekend and will employ one of the titles I've been given. They're all so good though, I may have material for quite some time, thanks to your contributions. :-)
